Anger Rises on Both Sides of Strike at University of Miami
Outside the University of Miami's main entrance, six janitors and five students continued their hunger strike on Monday, with several asserting that the university's president, Donna Shalala, was a union-buster.

UNICCO Named One of "Dirty Dozen" -- Worst Health and Safety Violators in U.S.
UNICCO is listed in a new national report as one of 12 "Dirty Dozen" employers with the worst records of workplace health and safety in the nation. The company was cited by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for repeated violations after a frightening eighth job-related employee fatality since 1999. |
